I have a video of her on my account. Her temp is in the range for her type of species which is 65-90 degrees. I keep her water in the high 70’s to low 80’s.

She basks and all that but refuses to eat anything but those. I do have shrimp coming in the mail that i order and a different kinda pellet. Any suggestions. Also she isn’t really a climber. I see all these videos of people that have tanks with nothing in it and a small ramp in the water for there turtle. she refuses to bask unless there is something she can climb on to get there. Is this normal? She seems healthy and is very active otherwise.

I have a question? My mississippi map turtle refuses to eat anything but feeder fish and worms. I have tried many thing such as reptomin treats, veggies, live shrimp, floating pellets not interested. And she refuses to eat the worms unless i feed them to her. She is about 4-5 inches. Her temp is fine and she has a uvb and heat light as well.

My turtle is very weird, he wont eat the pellets we give him and all he eats is cat food, baby shrimp and krill. I don’t know why… He was fed them at the pet store, but now he wont eat them. Any ideas?
